The Pinsa Romana has fallen into oblivion after years, but fortunately the Pinsa Romana has experienced its revival in Italy and has been an integral part of the culinary scene for years. Since July 2019 we are located in Tilburg and we have introduced the Pinsa Romana to our guests in the Netherlands. We serve this delicacy in our small but cozy restaurant. Because of our love for wines, our focus is also on serving a delicious matching wine with all dishes. We have a wonderful wine list. We are happy to advise our guests on the right wines to accompany the dishes. In addition to the Pinsa Romana, we also offer pasta and various authentic starters, such as a very exclusive antipasti or a delicious carpaccio of freshly beaten tenderloin. Of course, the famous escargot with beurre de Paris are also world famous in Tilburg. You can come to us for delicious aperitifs and there is a very wide selection of wines.
