Our mission is to make healthy & delicious noodle soup which contain no chemical flavorings, by applying the method used in very traditional Southern-Chinese kitchens: We prepare our broths in 8 to 10 hours in various steps with different temperatures and timing, allowing the fresh ingredients to release all its great flavours in the best way. This special technique originates from the Cantonese kitchen, where the broth is the heart of the kitchen. In Ajisan we are still using this ancient Chinese method in our kitchen.
