23 SouS is centrally located in the old part of the city centre. Our 18th century house offers two comfortable double rooms, each with its own entrance and private bathroom. By booking Family and Friends you book both rooms together as a family stay. The rooms can also be booked separately under the names Canal Room and Garden Room. 23 SouS is ideally located to discover the city on foot and by bike. 23 SouS is also suitable for a family with children and business travelers. Especially in this part of downtown, there are many family activities to do with children within walking distance, such as the zoo and a unique public outdoor swimming spot. We can arrange facilities for children on request. For business travelers, conference venues are easily accessible from 23 SouS. The rooms have facilities for a work-related stay. 23 SouS is easily accessible on foot, by car and by public transport. The Family and Friends residence offers 2 Double Rooms, 2 En-suite Bathrooms with Walk-in Shower, 1 Double Bed (King Size), 2 Twin Beds. The family residence consists of a Private Entrance with a hall that gives access to the Canal Room and the Garden Room.
