Every year we at Elsa's are proud to recieve our "Amigos" that visit this border town. Try the Mexican Plate or the "Tampiqueña" and for a very sweet ending ask for a "Flan". Don´t forget to ask for your frozen Margarita. Mrs. Elsa will be more than pleased to see you return next winter.
