Guesthouse Forza Lux is located in an old XIV century stone palace in the heart of the Old Town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the crown jewel of Montenegro. We are surrounded by real historical treasures of Kotor, including the Church of St. Luke (XII century), St. Mary Collegiate (Blessed Ozanna, XIII century) and the entrance to the medieval fortress of St. John, where you get a breath-taking view on the Bay of Kotor, listed among the 25 most beautiful bays in the world. Forza Lux Guest house is open all year long. It has 6 uniquely decorated rooms (5 standard rooms and a suite room with Jacuzzi). All rooms have picturesque views of the narrow streets and antique buildings of Kotor. All rooms are equipped with a central air conditioning system, used as heating during winter, a mini-bar, a refrigerator, an LCD - TV (satellite), free Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, an iron etc. The house has a shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment incl. an electric stove with oven and extractor hood, fridge and freezer, microwave, cooler, kettle, crockery, and tableware. The spacious living room furnished in monumental style accommodates 16 people and is suitable for various events and private celebrations incl. business meetings, banquets, anniversaries and weddings. Printer/scanner/copier, secure luggage storage, and different board games usage is free of charge. Location: Guests will appreciate the convenient location of the house with restaurants, bars and supermarkets of the Old City located just few steps away. The city beach is 300 meters away, the Kotor bus station is within 500 meters walk, the distance to the marketplace and the shopping center Kamelija - is is 200 and 250 meters respectively. Tivat International airport is only 10 km away, the Cilipi (Dubrovnik) airport is 70 km away, and Podgorica airport is 85 km. Marina Porto Montenegro is within 12 km, and Marina Kotor as close as 300 meters. The Old City of Kotor is a pedestrian zone. Parking is available outside the fortress walls, within 300 meters walk from the guesthouse. Our management is happy to give you some advice on other interesting destinations in Montenegro and organize a private tour with a licensed guide. Rent-a-car, bike, boat, and transfer from the airport are available upon a request. For children:Children's playground is located in the park 300 meters away from the guesthouse, in front of the shopping centre Camellia. The game room is on the third floor of the Camellia shopping centre. Several stores with children's clothing can be found inside the Old City.
