The ODYSSEY restaurant terrace offers an exceptional setting with its beautifully-curated gardens by the pool of the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo. At lunch, Chef Christophe Cussac signed a Mediterranean-inspired menu that highlights the freshness, lightness and quality of seasonal produce. For dinner, he has chosen to give the poolside restaurant a unique touch with ZIA.
