Kwakinn Dome Belgian Beer Cafe in Riga Oldtown. Probably the Best Belgian Beer Cafe in Latvia. Brasserie emphasizes the Belgian 'saint trinity'- moules, frites & biere. More then 100 beer kinds, among them two dozen on tap including rare trappistes (specialty beer made by monks in the monasteires using medeival recipes). Welcome!
