Tandoori recipe comes from Punjab, in northern India, where people once had a Tandoor oven at home. The meat and seafood are coated with yogurt mixed with spice powder, often garam masala, ginger, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, pickled one night and cooked in the Tandoor. The various Naan breads are also cooked in the Tandoor in one minute. Buffet at will with dessert included at noon from Monday to Friday except holidays.
