If you are wanting to do Fort tour ( which is something well worth doing once), doing it out of Liberty Square is the place to do it. The local area and grounds are so much better then Patriots...

Liberty Square is the park area as you approach the water. Lots of things going on from the aquarium to catching the tour boats over to Fort Sumter. Well kept and nice place
