Every day from 6 p.m., it is time for the aperitif, the Italian ritual par excellence, an essential moment for many Italians. And if you get hungry... you can stop for dinner! What we offer at 1910 is traditional cuisine revisited in a modern key. An ever-changing menu with Italian, Trentino or Mediterranean ingredients. We take care of every detail, because the eye wants its part too! The 1910 Lounge and Restaurant, open daily for lunch and dinner, is housed in the Grand Hotel Liberty in Riva del Garda, a Liberty building built in 1910 as a private residence.
