In Milan, Perla D'oro is a reality with a long history. The first restaurant was opened in 1991 in piazza Grandi, XXII Marzo zone, and later, in 2010, opened the second restaurant in via Vigevano. Perla D'oro offers dishes of Chinese and Japanese tradition, revisites and mixed with ingredients and cooking techniques typical of mediterranean culinary tradition. The menu is the result of a particular creative process, with a lot of experience and experimentation to present different plates and flavours.
