Excellence, lies in simplicity, making a simply food a speciality is an excellence.“To make the perfect piadina is an art”. It was the basic concept of our project. So we researched the original recipe in the heart of Romagna, where we found the descendants of the Romagna "Azdore", guardians of the art and tradition of the production and cooking of the true piadina romagnola.
