Tartifla Bistrot
Tartifla bistrot, is a nice restaurant with a French atmosphere in the heart of Borgo Dora. Furnished with natural materials, lots of raw wood and wrought iron, enriched with hand-painted terracotta pieces, it offers a menu in which the stuffed potato is the undisputed queen. The fillings are varied, from radicchio, eddy, leeks and speck, to that cabbage, toma and sausage, or goat's pumpkin cream and olives for vegetarians or for those who love the sea, with swordfish, aubergines, pistachios and lemon zest and salmon, dill, cashews and yoghurt cream. And many others. Excellent cutting boards to share with cold cuts and cheeses from the Val di Susa, salads and several dishes updated daily with attention to veg tastes, various food intolerances and a good use of spices and ethnic flavors. There are always a couple of different velvets every day, based on the inspiration of the chef and the proposals of the nearby Porta Palazzo market
