Discover how to prepare Parmesan/Italian dishes, enjoying chatting and tasting in my kitchen! Classes available everyday for couples, groups, team building; they are held in my house in PArma or in the country house, a XVII century villa 30 minutes south of Parma. I speak English, French , Spanish. I'm sure we'll be able to communicate! I can also accompany you in FOOD TOURS to discover Emilia- Romagna's specialties (Parmesan cheese, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar, Lambrusco wine...). I'm available for online classes too !
