The B&B Home Maletto recently renovated (June 2016) is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo at 50 meters from the historic Piazza San Francesco Di Assisi where the eponymous Gothic church in the heart of all the tourist and cultural interests and the most famous shopping streets, as well as near the famous Teatro Massimo and the quaint market Ballarò. The Central Station is located 800 mt., Where you can catch buses and trains to visit Cefalu, Monreale, Mondello and all major resorts near Palermo The B & B Home Maletto is composed of two independent double bedrooms, each with its own bath exclusive use with the possibility of adding two extra beds in each room for more. One of the two bedrooms has a second adjoining room with two single beds. Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating and safe. The living area, common to the two rooms, allows to prepare the morning coffee, tea or cappuccino with the machine in capsules provided. You'll also find a refrigerator and a microwave. Utilities consumption, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath towels included in the rental price. Entirely covered by free Wi-Fi, each room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV and some have a seating area.
