5 Via Ugo Foscolo
Milan 20121
Established in 1867 during the period of the Belle Epoque, within the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Savini has had and still maintains its significance in the city as the Duomo and La Scala Theatre. From the beginning, Savini was recognised as one of the most elegant venues in Milan, hosting numerous prominent figures, writers and journalists like G. Verdi, Maria Callas and F.T. Marinetti who left within the premises the Manifesto of the Futurist Movement, published on Le Figaro in 1909. Today Savini, divided in Caffè Bistrot and Gourmet Restaurant (1st Floor), holds his bond Milan’s history, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and of the Teatro Alla Scala honoring it with the Menù Tradizione and the Cocktail List, with a style and elegance that welcome Milanese people and foreign tourists.
