It is a haute cuisine restaurant, located in the Porta Susa area, in Turin. There are two rooms, separated by a flight of stairs. Both are strongly characterized by the presence of exposed bricks and barrel vaults, to tell an architectural language with an industrial cut. The menu, developed by chef Stefano Sforza, is renewed according to seasonality and is divided into three sections: the Opera menu, where the chef freely expresses his inspiration, the vegetarian menu built around a family of vegetables in which the chef shows his predilection for vegetables and plays with cooking and textures, and an a la carte menu. In combination with the dishes, it is possible to combine the wines and cocktails respectively chosen and prepared by the sommelier Carlo Salino and the teas selected by the maître and tea sommelier Gualtiero Perlo.
