The THEDL is inspired by the best that South Tyrol has to offer, by recipes handed down from generation to generation and refined, and our 300-year-old wood-panelled parlour. And we serve local specialities, such as filled pasta mezzelune (Schlutzkrapfen), tagliatelle made from spiced rye flatbread (Schüttelbrotbandnudeln), dumpling trio (Knödel-Tris) and also steak. One of our bestsellers is our special THEDL plate. Pizzeria SEM. Pizzas that are as pizzas should be. We do not compromise on quality. And, of course, we make our own pizza dough – totally Italian prepared with kamut or wholemeal spelt flour. You can choose from classic toppings or our seasonal specialities, such as ham, fig and rocket or plum, walnut and cheese. We source most of our ingredients locally – many are organic. Taste the difference!
