Always use simple ingredients and seasonal highly selected, processed fresh products daily as our truffles of lessinia sauce or cream of pumpkin and radicchio di Verona accompanying the menu dedicated to the winter season or cream of zucchini with flowers of summer menu, many among them are PDO, PGI but mostly Italian.
