Pico' Pizza, Cocktail e Piccornie is a pizzeria located Barberino Val d' Elsa Medieval village between Florence and Siena. Our restaurant born in Chianti Classico area but offer a different experience to enjoy typical Italian pizza. We love to present our pizza as high hydrated and healthy one. The dough it makes about 72 hour leavened, until it' s cocked in our wood oven and cocked of best and high quality of local and Italian ingredients. For this reason we decided to offer a paring with exclusive cocktails, trying to mix all the flavors. In fact in our restaurant you can also have a nice cocktail in from of our American bar. Pico' it' s also a place where you can enjoy a relaxing happy our on top of our rooftop with an amazing sunset view on Chianti hills.
