Orecchiette à Porter is the new " fast food restaurant boutique " with a flair for street food and the taste of the true Apulian tradition. Orecchiette are made from a mixture of fine flours and are seasoned with a wide range of typical Apulian sauces based on fresh tomatoes, broccoli rabe, chickpeas, peas and mint, meat and fish, and special limited-edition recipes; in their elegant and practical take-away cup, they are a perfect lunch break, a quick snack or dinner or to be enjoyed on a stroll while shopping. The menu offers not only orecchiette but also a selection of pucce, the iconic sandwiches of Apulian cuisine, stuffed with chicken pieces and beef meatballs with the addition of “scattarisciati” (ie burst) tomatoes, aubergines or peppers caponata and the timeless stracciatella; the veggie version with beefsteak tomato, scamorza cheese and pesto is a must. Dessert wise, pasticciotto is the star, proposed with different delicious fillings (cream, lemon, pistachio and chocolate)
