Officine Gastronomiche is a bistrot offering Rome typical kitchen. Our specialties are PASTA: carbonara, lasagna, fettuccine, gnocchi (potato dumplings), soup, amatriciana; BRUSCHETTA: toasted bread topped with oil and several ingredients, such as chopped tomatoes, salmon, porchetta (spit-roasted pork), anchovies, mortadella (italian sliced meat), salami, vegetables, buffalo mozzarella, bacon...accompanied by bere, wine, sof drinks, fruits and vegetables juice, Spritz etc etc...
