Artgianal Piadineria. We use Farina Intera, a white flour with the same characteristics of wheat flour ; good and easily digestible. You can choose from two types of dough , traditional and olive oil for vegetarians ; several vegetarian wraps . We combine artigianal beers from breweries mainly Bergamo .
