We have always put our best effort into finding and sourcing the best products of our territory. We try to forge friendly relationships with producers and make sure to research our raw materials from small family-run businesses, to be 100% sure of the quality and healthiness of our well-kept dishes. To always offer only the freshest meats we have decided to dedicate to the barbecue only on Fridays and Saturdays and by reservation only.
