Simple and light cooking style, pay serious attention to raw material, to colors, to the taste, to originality in the plate and to the preparation technics. A menu that presents dishes cooked in traditional ways and low temperature (sous-vide) to enhance the flavors, and guarantee the foods security. At lunch time the cuisine proposes every day a different menu with choice at fixed price beside our specialties as single course, rich salads, pizza and homemade desserts. At dinner time a "à la carte" menu where you'll find appetizers, primi piatti with homemade pasta, meat main course, fish and vegetarian, rich salads, pizza and homemade desserts. We serve Torta fritta every night, Monday, Saturday and Sunday at lunch too. In respect of who wants to eat vegetarian, gluten or milk free, on the menu we indicate with signs all the preparations.
