Frades Porto Cervo - Milano

Frades – Milano is the latest project of the three Sardinian brothers, willing to export the finest regional ingredients, their hospitality and their cuisine philosophy in the heart of Milan. The concept proposed is the same as the venue in Porto Cervo, with a wide variety of products and wines showcased in the small shop, the fresh specialties such as cured meats and cheeses served from the counter, the laboratory of fresh pasta, in order to offer the highest quality of our production, new mixology proposals, characterized by unique pairings with liqueurs and spirits from the island, and finally the kitchen serving a new idea of Sardinian cuisine. The new location is inspired by the Costa Smeralda’s architectures and it’s designed to welcome guests anytime to enjoy a light lunch or a gourmet dinner.
