Forte Fuentes built in 1603 by Count Pedro Enriquez de Acevedo, Count of Fuentes, is a Spanish fort crossroads of countless passages of troops from Spain, France, Austria. It overlooks the beautiful reserve of Pian di Spagna. THE FORTRESS OPENED 1st MARCH 2024 AND CLOSES 31TH OCTOBER 2024. IN THE OTHER MONTHS THE FORTRESS OPENS SATURDAY, SUNDAY and ALL THE HOLIDAYS (August every day). JULY AND AUGUST OPENS EVERY DAY 10am-5pm

THE FORTRESS OPEN MARCH 2nd, 2024 Open all Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays 10am-5 pm, after three months of Covid suspension. Forte Montecchio North is the fortress of the First World War best-preserved in Europe, strategically located at the confluence of Valtellina and Val Chiavenna. His French guns from 149S in revolving dome are still fully functional. OPEN from MARCH, every SATURDAY, SUNDAY and ALL THE HOLIDAYS (July and August every day). Guided tours in the openings at 10; 11; 12 am; 1 pm; 2 pm; 3 pm; 4 pm, 5 pm. IN AUGUST opened every days from 10am to 5pm
