“Formaggeria Barbieri” was founded in 1968 in Bologna, within the Mercato delle Erbe. It is a historic city icon and a point of reference for the Bolognese for the selection of cheese, its strong point is remaining faithful to its values ​​by combining them with the constant search for local and international dairy excellence. In recent years, thanks to the work of Alberto (our #cheesemaker), the shop is not only a place where you can buy excellent cheese, but also a place where you can receive advice on culinary pairings; this has always led us to look for new combinations and to recreate original recipes by combining the old flavors left in our memories with our cheeses.
