The format is the same of its brothers Farina Tiburtina, Farina Lab and Farina Malaga, we're halfway between a pizzeria and a Kitchen gourmet, but the variety of the dish expands with new exclusive proposals of these shop (120 seats), starting with first dishes, to some new variety of the Pagnottello, whose distinctive features are the leavening (72 hours with strong, wholemeal or special flour, such as that based on charcoal), filling with products strictly made in Italy, especially from Campania and Apulia, wood-fired oven cooked. Main prerogative of Farina Kitchen is the great emphasis given to the kitchen, as can be seen from the choice of the name: exclusive first courses with fresh pasta drawn in bronze, made in the premises by the Chefs.
