Our craft workshop opens on 1 May 2010 and our "union" is not born only for the needs of the activities but from birth: we are two sisters. The passion for the quality food is part of our lives always in fact we are both diplomate to hotel school but an ingredient is very important for us, is the passion we put into choose, do, seek the best raw materials in order to have a better ice cream. We constantly update courses to learn how to make the best use of the raw material, to keep up with the ongoing changes, in order to satisfy their customers in the best of ways.
