Since 1927 De Angelis writes the history of meat through the many eras that have presented Rome and its slow change. San Francesco a Ripa, Via Flavia, Via Cavour, all historical places that have seen the De Angelis family grow and refine their knowledge of master butchers. My story has always been my family experience. De Angelis: the butcher's shop is not simply a trade but a real art fueled by passion and continuous study.
