We are Fabio, Antonella and Stefano Dassie. One family, three professionals and one champion. When a customer comes into our shop, we enjoy watching his reaction: there's the undecided that is dazzled by the variety and colors, the loyal customer that goes straight to the point, the curious asking us for advice. And it's always a pleasure to see them enjoying the first taste, when the gelato slowly melts between the tongue and the palate giving off its qualities. We know that next time, he will return with a smile on his face. And he will find ours. This is what we offer to our friends: a multi-sensory experience: visual, taste, touch, melodic. Where combinations harmoniously come after each other to give a moment of happiness. Simply good, fresh and easy to digest, our gelato doesn't contain hydrogenated vegetable fats, is low calories, and seeks to meet the needs of all. That's why we offer, in addition to gelato, whipped as tradition wills, just milk, eggs and sugar, a wide variety of slush made with fresh fruit, yogurt, cold pastry, ice cream cakes for every occasions and recipes that meet the food intolerances of our customers, such as milk, gluten and sugar.

Fermi is a shop specializing in food products founded in the late nineteenth century. Today the brand is synonymous with tradition Fermi for traditional specialties of various kinds, but also of culinary innovation and that is why it has become over the years one of the most recognizable names in the gastronomic. Dates back to 1896, thanks to Vittorio Barcaro Fermi, the opening of the first store in Treviso, Fair area, where concentrated the trade and the local economy thanks to the river Sile then navigable. Up to half of the '900 constituted, in fact, one of the most important ways of communication between the lagoon and the hinterland, between Venice and Treviso. With the management of his son Francis in 1952 the business moved inside the walls of Treviso, in the fish market, the area of ​​market and new economic engine of the city. He and his son Mirto, the store soon became a point of reference for Treviso. In 1979 Mirto, flanked by his wife Luisa, began the process of transformation of the raw material, ie the realization of ready meals based mainly on cod, the specialty of the store. In 1989, Fermi began to market its own line of products, mainly based on the production of preserves, sauces and pates made by Mrs. Luisa. Immediately the products were very popular and in the years to come followed recipes and innovations. In 2004 the shop, with the management of Claudio and Dario Fermi moved to its present location in Via San Parisio, while maintaining the tradition of parents, transformed what once was the shop, in a modern and refined boutique food and wine, now the destination of food shopping. Inside the store, also, is a restaurant where you can sample the specialties such as the cod and cod prepared in various ways, bigoli in sauce and more. Even today, as then, the selection of raw materials and processing thereof are performed with the utmost care. Passion and dedication to work have always been serving customers, which ensures quality and reliability of products.
