Casa Matteucci

The Fondazione established in February 2015 by Massimo and Sonia Cirulli is built upon 3 decades of work and experience accumulated by the Cirulli Archive. The Fondazione’s goal is to promote, at a national and international level, the knowledge of twentieth-century Italian art and visual culture, from the early years of the country’s engagement with modernity to the postwar economic boom.

The Zucchelli Foundation, in its mission to generously offer every possible resource for the best success of young artistic talents, from 2016 intends to enhance the suggestive garden located at the back of the building complex that belonged to the Zucchelli family, naming it Zu.Art garden of the arts and making it, as well as its headquarters, a place for exhibitions, concerts and cultural events. A cool place in the heart of Bologna, where to meet, study, have a drink with friends or have dinner, where to find music and art, where to discover young talents, students of the Academy of Fine Arts and the Giovan Battista Martini Conservatory of Music, of Bologna, and much more; a place of excellence for art and the life of young people. A place to meet and discover. A place where you learn and where friendships can be born. A crossroads of arts, mosaics, sculptures and paintings.
