Our restaurant has a fully open kitchen to give the customer the transparency of the product and the dish. Fish is purchased directly from the market in respect of quality and seasonality. The menu has always changed, especially because the regular customer can always have news. The bread, the breadsticks, the taralli are all of own production in the nearby production laboratory that develops new ideas. Even the pasta is all homemade and all by hand.
