This recently restored complex in the heart of Florence is located in a 14C palazzo that has been transformed over the centuries into a series of charming apartments. Each of these units has been named after a Florentine "Canto" and they are all furnished with made-to-measure fittings. This makes them exquisitely unique and gives our hosts the impression of being in a real home from home. The idea for this project came from two brothers, Marco and Alessio Ducceschi, who were personally responsible for the restyled design of the property and are now ready to offer you a friendly, but professional welcome and do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable. Canto degli Scali offers guests the chance to stay in a tastefully elegant setting that combines all the classic charm of a Tuscan renaissance palazzo with exposed beams and antique terracotta floors, with the contemporary comforts of modern design. Every single room stands out for the designers' ability to create a warm and cosy atmosphere in an exclusively refined setting, featuring antique, glazed and hand-decorated tiles, chandeliers and lampshades, marble and travertine topped tables, synthetic crystal glassware, and wooden furniture and kitchen fittings. Here, quality and attention to detail - the foundations of "Made in Italy" style - plus a close bond with Florentine culture, traditions and craftsmanship have given rise to splendid interiors embellished with a distinctive selection of tailor-made furnishings.
