From vegetables and fruits of our own production, we obtain preserves and jams in our artisan laboratory. From the cultivation of our ancient grains, we obtain stone-ground flours, for the production of pasta, in traditional Abruzzese formats, with a low gluten content, and baked goods. From olives of indigenous varieties, we obtain our extra virgin olive oils Il Delicato and Tortiglione.
