PINSERIA AND FISH GRILL In a suggestive location in the heart of Ostia Antica, 500 Summer is born, a unique and innovative culinary project. Our specialties are the Roman pinsa and fresh fish cooked on the grill, prepared by Italian school chefs and offered by the pool in the garden. The pinse is composed of a mix of rice, wheat and soy flour and a secret ingredient.

Bagnolo is a passionately restaurant 'Family Friendly'. Moreover, it is a restaurant where cuisine and pizzeria are of high quality, in the raw materials, processing and presentation of the dishes, in attention to the final taste and finally ... where children never get bored because we are in their 'measure '.
