LOCATION Completely renewed ”Uappala Hotel Principi di Piemonte” is located at Calambrone, Pisa province, directly by the sea. On the seafront, on the halfway from Leghorn to Pisa, arises this neoclassical complex. Place is rich of emotions and loved by Gabriele D’Annnunzio (famous italian writer and journalist) and was also the scenery of the film “The English patient”. Thanks to attentive renovation is has become tourist residence of high regard. Complex overlooks the sandy beach of Tirrenia characterized by wide strand and suggestive dunes. HOTES’ APPEARANCE Directly by the sea is composed, as originally, by: two different buildings connected by the long corridor with wide windows. The apartments are inserted in those two buildings and are placed between the beach and swimming pool. They are different one from another, since the renovation involved the respectful preservation of forms and original walls; the apartments are furnisched with particular care, refinement and taste. APARTMENTS 20 apartments, are located on the ground or first floor and are divided as follows: Bilo 4 standard: one bedroom apartment for 2/4 guests, bright with modern furnishing, TV, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (or 2 separated beds), bathroom. Bilo 4 Superior: Is the same as Bilo 4 standard with addition of little private garden or patio equipped with table and chairs. Two bedrooms apartment: for maximum 5/6 persons it has the living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with bunk beds, it has also little private garden or terrace. BEACH The beach the front of the residence is wide and sandy, with gently sloping sea bottom perfect for children. Beach service with extra charge includes: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds assigned for every apartment. On the beach are available: restaurant, bar, showers (with cold and hot water), beach volley, beach tennis, bathrooms. RESIDENCES’ SERVICES Inside the residence are available: reception (with its opening hours), snack bar by the pool, beautiful swimming pool for adults and children with adjoining wooden patio and equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs (guaranteed from 29th of May to 11th September), table football, table tennis, private unguarded parking with assigned place. Nearby the residence is located little shopping center with super market, ice-cream shop, cash machine, shops and drugstore.
