The ethos of the Wellness Centre is to provide a wide range of complimentary and alternative therapies, organic fresh deli/cafe food, essential supplements, along with a wealth of holistic classes and seminars, all under the one roof. We serve delicious organic hot and cold vegetarian food on a daily basis, with a selection of organic salads, fresh breads, vegan treats, organic tea, coffee and kombucha. We stock a wide range of wholefoods, including fresh organic local vegetables, dried grains, pulses, herbs and spices and a selection of gluten free and sugar free foods for customers with special dietary requirements.
