At Azzurro restaurant we are led by passion, experience and enthusiasm. In collaboration with local eco-producers, we cook with homemade seasonal ingredients. Savour our fresh Adriatic fish and the unique oysters from the Mali Ston Bay, local prosciutto and cheeses, Croatian meat from the eco-friendly farms, organic vegetables from the Konavle valley and delicious Istrian truffles.
