Y Talbot's has established an excellent reputation as a destination for fresh, high quality food using the superb local produce of West Wales, including fresh sea food from Cardigan Bay, Cambrian mountain lamb and beef and Teifi valley cheeses. Listed in the Michelin Guide and awarded 2 AA Rosettes the restaurant is open 7 days a week all year round. Groups and family celebrations are welcome. Booking is strongly recommended. Head Chef Dafydd Watkin was trained by Marco Pierre and in turn has trained his team to the same exacting standards and attention to detail to here at Y Talbot.
