Twr Mawr is a historic lighthouse located on Llanddwyn Island in Anglesey, Wales, which served as a navigational aid from 1845 until its decommissioning in 1976. This 35-foot conical tower, inspired by local windmill designs, was visible from seven miles away and marked the rocky peninsula's coastline.

Originally, the lighthouse replaced the Twr Bach beacon, which was equipped with a directional flashing light. The effective height of Twr Mawr above sea level was 82 feet, making it a significant landmark in the area.
