Danielle is qualified at a level 5 in sports, remedial and holistic massage. Danielle specialises in injury recovery. Her massage treatments cater to each individual client’s needs. She treats the body as a whole using a variety of techniques; such as deep tissue massage, kneading, draining, compression, cross fibre friction, joint mobilization and fascia release. Danielle also integrates many advanced massage techniques into her work such as muscle energy technique (MET), soft tissue release(STR), positional release, and neuro-muscular technique (NMT).
