West Coast Mountain Guides are a Fort William based leading mountain guiding/instruction company, founded in 1989, with experience throughout the UK and overseas. They can provide any level of walking, mountaineering or climbing throughout the year. In particular Scotland and Ben Nevis are well known for winter snow and ice climbing. Glen Coe is close by and trips to the Isle of Skye are very popular. West Coast Mountain Guides was established by IFMGA guide Alan Kimber, and is now directed by Dave Fowler, an active climber, and fully qualified Mountaineering Instructors.
