Find yourself in a world where the grandeur of the Victorian era meets the vibrancy of the 21st Century. Take a trip through the Plantation of Ulster Exhibition and learn about the colonization of Ulster during the reign of King James I and the building of our famous city walls. The Main Hall hosts everything from concerts to craft fairs, as well as weddings and functions with the century old organ as a stunning backdrop and various lighting options available on request. Throughout the Guildhall is an array of stunning stained glass windows capturing historic events in the City and iconic landmarks. The Guildhall Clock is a replica of London’s Big Ben and can be heard across the city and beyond the River Foyle. The Mayor’s Parlour and Council Chamber are housed in the Guildhall.
