Banoge House

Banoge House is a charming, spacious country house just 40 minutes from Belfast, outside Moira, in the quiet little village of Donaghcloney. Almost hidden from view from the country road by the expanse of trees, this beautiful house is complimented by extensive gardens. The porch at the front is perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a summer's evening. Admire the handcrafted staircase in the hallway that leads to the guest bedrooms on the second and third floors. One of the large reception rooms has seating in the bay window with a beautiful view overlooking the countryside. The second sitting room is just down the hall, adjacent to the library. There is a large, rustic, country style kitchen with a table to easily seat the whole family as well as a more formal dining room and internal courtyard. Upstairs, each room has its own character in keeping with this period home. Wandering outside to the gardens, you will soon realise that there is a lot to discover with steps to the large lawns, apple trees, garden maze and little 'secret garden' terrace.
