We do this in 4 easy steps 1. we inspect the carpet or upholstery for any damage and fibre identification so we know wot specialist chemicals to use. 2. pre treat any difficult or stubborn stains on the carpet or upholstery (not all satins are removable we will do our very best to remove wot we can) 3. we use the correct pre spray (the magic stuff) to break down the the bond between the fibre and the dirt. 4. now it's time to use our Ashby Enforcer 400 machine to rinse out the pre spray as well as the dirt with our rinsing agent That will leave ur carpet's and upholstery back to looking good and feeling soft.
