NEW OWNERS: hotel is now family owned and run Complete renovation and refurbishment underway since end of May 2013. This impressive 36 bed hotel occupies a prime position on the seafront of Blackpool's Queens Promenade. The property has been wholly neglected and requires both building works and complete refurbishment. The renovation programme includes major external building works. Internally complete re wiring and plumbing will be undertaken. All bedrooms will be reconfigured which includes new en suites, furniture and fittings. Many bedrooms are being changed structurally to allow for more spacious accommodation. Public areas will also benefit from significant investment in building works, decoration and furnishing. The kitchen will be completely re-designed and refitted. When complete the hotel will consist of deluxe sea view rooms which will have king size beds, double rooms, budget doubles (which are slightly smaller rooms yet still have all the amenities) and singles. All rooms will have flat screen TV's and tea and coffee making facilities as standard. Guests will have the use of an original oak panelled sea view room in which to relax, read and enjoy a refreshment. From this room you have access to a 50ft fully decked balcony complete with outside furniture. Allowing you to take in the view whilst chatting and socialising. We will be able to accommodate families, groups, couples and singles. Commercial and contract bookings will be welcome. We are working hard to restore the beauty of this building.
