The Tokenhouse started out in 1973 on Tokenhouse Yard by Diz and Geoff, a couple of art students. They began selling handcrafted items, restored furniture and antiques. Now in our bigger, more accessible St Peter's Gate shop, we are considered a longstanding hidden gem of Nottingham. Selling products for all ages and interests, we often have people coming in with parents (and grandparents!) who have been shopping with us over many years. We sell an eclectic range of cards, wrap, toys, books, home furnishings and jewellery. We are still run by the same family and proud to be completely independent.
