Set in a quiet leafy terrace, right in the centre of York, overlooking The River Ouse on one side and historical Clifford’s Tower on the other, The Riverside is just minutes away from all of the city’s charms and attractions. The Riverside offers supreme 5 Star comfort, in spacious elegantly furnished rooms, comprising ‘The House’, with three double bedrooms and ‘The Apartment’, with a one kingsize bedroom. It is a fantastic location, right on the river in the centre of York, and is perfect for family gatherings/holidays, reunions of friends, and city breaks. The accommodation in the house comprises three large bedrooms; one superking master bedroom with river views, one bedroom with superking or twin beds option, and one en-suite kingsize room with an additional double futon if required. We also have a 4’ double sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a cloakroom toilet on the first floor, with the living room and kitchen diner, a large house bathroom with separate bath and large shower enclosure, on the second floor, along with the master bedroom and second bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom in the third floor bedroom. In the apartment, the large kingsize bedroom looks out over the river, and the generous living area includes a double sofa bed for any additional guests. Accessed through a private gated yard, the apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of historic York. The Riverside has free parking in a secure private garage, which is attached to the property. The Riverside has free wireless broadband, LCD TV with Freeview, (with additional TV/DVD in the master bedroom of the house), DVD player, Hi-fi with CD player, MP3 dock and digital tuner, Wii games console and games, for your enjoyment. The kitchens include a dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as all the usual appliances and refinements, and we have stair gates, a steam steriliser, Mothercare travel cot, highchair, changing mat and toys, for our younger guests.
